This is a SPUHR HRT 1.54" mount replica made for Micro T-1/T-2 dot sights.

The "HRT Special Edition" is realistically reproduced with "HRT (Hostage Rescue Team)" engraved on the side of the mount.

The real thing is used by US military special forces as well as the FBI's anti-terrorism special forces, the "Hostage Rescue Team."

The height is "Lower 1/3 Cowitness," which allows it to be set up to a height that displays the reticle slightly higher than a typical backup sight.
